Language deficits in aphasia
Interests
Jungwon Choy studies language deficits in aphasia. Specifically, her research focuses on word and sentence level processing impairments in Broca's aphasia. By addressing the impairment pattern and the deficit underlying comprehension impairment in aphasic individuals, Choy's work ultimately seeks to provide a basis for new aphasia treatments.
