The SPLH Department serves our community through two areas: academic programs that prepare students for careers in speech, language, and hearing, and the Schiefelbusch Clinic, which provides services to clients across the lifespan.
Schiefelbusch Clinic
The Schiefelbusch Clinic provides public-facing speech, language, and hearing services to individuals across the lifespan. The clinic connects clients with a variety of assessment and intervention services while providing students with opportunities to apply their academic and clinical training in real-world settings.

SPLH Academic Department
The Speech-Language-Hearing: Sciences & Disorders (SPLH) Department supports undergraduate and graduate students as they pursue degrees in speech, language, hearing, and related areas. The department provides academic instruction, mentorship, research opportunities, and professional preparation to help students develop the knowledge and skills needed for their future careers.
