10th Annual Betty Bunce Multicultural Lecture

Join us for a talk by Dr. Zed Sehyr, Assistant Professor at Chapman University, on Monday, April 13th from 5:30–6:30pm in Capitol Federal Hall, Room 1020, on the University of Kansas Lawrence campus.

This talk explores how signed languages deepen our understanding of human language. Drawing on research from ASL-LEX.org, Dr. Sehyr will examine the structure of the American Sign Language (ASL) lexicon and what it reveals about universal properties of language.

Undergrad Clinical Practicum

For Fall 2026, our undergraduate clinical practicum courses have been renumbered. Previously SPLH 672, it will now be SPLH 664 (Fall/Spring) and SPLH 662 (Summer). Contact splh@ku.edu for any questions.
